Sara Troy started the “The Art of Positive Living” in 2001 and has been teaching personality self-identity and soul development for over 22 years using tools from 48 years of accumulated knowledge. Sara is also a spiritual counselor by God’s design who can see the possibilities of your purpose in life and can draw you a map in getting to where you are meant to go, but you have to walk it. She has an unbridled passion for helping people to live in the full embracement of self in their knowingness.
April 2012 Sara made a personal discovery of self, one that would change her life direction forever. She was presented with an opportunity to host her own talk show on a small blog talk radio station called “Authentic You media” where she hosted her show live for 13 months before going out on her own with her own station “PLV Radio” now called Self-Discovery Wisdom. Now in her 10th year of hosting her own network as of June/22, and 11 years of hosting podcasts in April/22, this woman has finally found her groove in life, and in just over 11 + years she has interviewed more than 3300+ incredible inspirational guests from around the globe on her many show genres.
Wanting to reach out to even more listeners, and to bring greater numbers of inspirational people together and share their stories of life skills and inspiring stories of courage and strength she decided to branch out and invite others to become our Orchard Mentors sharing their services with those in need of them. Seeing all the accumulated wisdom of knowledge ready for clicking, Sara decided that these wonderful services need to have a home where people could hear from the Mentors themselves and choose who felt right for them, and receive financial help when needed to get back on their own feet with the Fund-Action program.

Sara is a mother of 3 adult children and 2 Grandsons and a Grand-daughter, her children, whom she is very proud of as they have all found their wonderful paths in life.

When the heart is open, it’s like a door to the soul, allowing the spirit to be ignited. This isn’t just a poetic metaphor; it’s a real, tangible experience that can lead to profound personal growth and transformation. An open heart allows wisdom to flow freely, not just from the mind but from a deeper, more intuitive place. This wisdom isn’t confined to serving the individual; it extends to serving others who need guidance, support, or inspiration.
In essence, this approach is about more than just seeing potential; it’s about nurturing it, encouraging it, and allowing it to flourish. It’s about connecting with others on a deep level and helping them to realize their own greatness. It’s a journey of discovery, growth, and ultimately, empowerment for both myself and those I interact with.”

Right now I am putting together another anthology together called Our Forgotten Children due out in February, filled with authors who have dedicated their lives to our children, and know the changes needed for them to grow in life.
I am also in another anthology book called Dare to Live Fearlessly, speaking to facing our fears. Pre-orders for this books starts December 29th with a mid January launch.
