For one brief moment let us stop biting the double-barbed hook of division; let us stop posturing blue against red, brown against white, north against south, woman against man.
For one brief moment, let us suspend our opinions, take off the masks of our race, faith, politics, philosophy, culture, color, age, and gender.
For just this moment let us set aside our grievances, set down our pride, our flags, and our weapons.
Let us unclench our fists and unfurl our brows, let us govern the light of our own spirit and shine it here.
Let us retract the pointed finger of blame and cease to entertain notions of “us and them.”
Temporarily, let us place on pause our ambitious pursuit of position and influence.
And for one fleeting instant in time — right now — let us simply stand together and hear the pulse of our shared humanity, the sound of eight billion non-partisan hearts beating in unison.

Freedom: one day, I asked the sky! Well, what do you do when you are sad? The sky said, let it rain. suddenly at noon, I asked the sun! Well, what do you do when you are sad? Sun said, lower the heat. midnight, I asked the moon! Well, what do you do when you are sad? The moon said, drown in the dark clouds. Today, I asked them! Well, what do you do when you are sad? They said in a haughty voice, stop the flickering. Finally, I asked myself! Well, what do I do when I’m sad? I got the reply, ‘Write about you. .

Dream I’m fine — If anyone can correct it, it is him I must say I am fine. Wherever I am, however I am I must say I am fine. You know I’m alive Just don’t know! Life is not about living. Wherever I am, however I am I must say I am fine. You know I’m still smiling Just don’t know! Laughter has no life. Wherever I am, however I am I must say I am fine. You know I sing Just don’t know! There is no pulse in that song. Wherever I am, however I am I must say I am fine. You know I’m happy Just don’t know! Suffering comes in the way of happiness. Wherever I am, however I am I must say I am fine. You know I forgot you Just don’t know! All desires have died. Wherever I am, however I am I must say I am fine.

Sara, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin? I’ve been podcasting for 12 years in April and produced my own Self-Discovery Wisdom network for 11 years in June. My journey is rooted in the belief of staying true to one’s soul. I’ve been fortunate to gather insights from remarkable people worldwide, sharing stories that resonate and inspire. These narratives aren’t just stories; they’re beacons of hope and inspiration, guiding us toward solving our unique life puzzles. At Self Discovery Wisdom, we use the power of conversation to encourage you to take the reins of your life.
Back in 2001, I launched “The Art of Positive Living,” dedicating over two decades to teaching about personal identity and soul growth, leveraging my 48 years of life wisdom. My role as a spiritual counselor is to unveil your life’s potential and provide a roadmap to your destiny, though the journey is yours to embark on. My drive is to help people fully embrace their true selves, understanding our choices, resilience, and courage, and navigating our purpose and service without losing ourselves.
My pivotal moment came in April 2012 when I discovered my calling. I started hosting a talk show on a small station, which led to the creation of my own platform, PLV Radio, now known as Self-Discovery Wisdom. Over the years, I’ve interviewed over 3,500 inspiring guests, fueling my passion for connecting listeners with uplifting stories.
Eager to extend this network of inspiration, I initiated the Orchard Mentors program, offering a platform for mentors to share their knowledge and services. This initiative and the Fund-Action program aim to support individuals financially and emotionally, helping them regain their independence.
In 2024, we launched a book called Our Forgotten Children, with 15 authors speaking on what needs to change in raising our children and supporting families. We reached Amazon’s International Best Seller list, and I am very proud of this book, which is number 1 in the series. The next one will be Coaching Your Self Discovery in life, wellness, business, and joy.
Self-Discovery and our Orchard of Wisdom invite those who wish to join us as mentors and authors, sharing their light and expertise.
As a mother of three and grandmother to three, I’m proud to see my family finding their paths. My life has been a tapestry of experiences – from restaurateur to DJ, model, spiritual counselor, and more – all enriching my podcasting journey experience and skills.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way? There have been many struggles along the way: health issues, mental challenges, divorce, poverty, and homelessness.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do? I am a professional Podcaster and Pod-book developer. With over 2700 shows personally under my belt, I have developed a style that puts people at ease and allows them to enjoy the conversation on our shows. I am a seerer and see the possibilities that lay in people and situations, I am very proud of my work; I know that sharing people’s wisdom, skills, and passions has made an incredible difference in the lives of others, and that is why I do what I do.
I treat everyone with respect, kindness, love and intrigue. I am known for my heart and passion for raising energies and coming from a place of loving vibrations. I am a supporter.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts, or blogs that help you do your best? I read my guest’s books, I love Sam Hawksmoor’s books, and I love mystical books as they always reveal truths in reality. I need music to soothe me and keep me balanced. I network a lot, and each person who I interview is a resource.

In my teachings of soul awareness, I find that it is when you teach the woman to embrace her divine womanhood we end up teaching the world what a gift a woman is. I do not want to be a man to own my equality, I do not want to think like a man to be heard. I am a woman with a broad spectrum of understanding that needs that balance of woman and man.
When we stop apologizing for thinking, feeling, and living like a woman, we may give men a chance to know us in our own strength, in our own empowerment, and know what positive energies we bring to the whole. Women, you want to teach your sons how to respect and value women. Start by respecting and loving yourself. Women, you want to be seen in all your feminine light; step into the glorious light of womanhood. A man will treat you in the value you give yourself, in the truth of your soul, in the purpose of your spirit. So stand tall, a woman of the world, and be the wonderful feminine being you are, and live in that embracement of inner love for all to see.
